How working with me actually goes.

1. You email or book the intro call.

I reply within one working day. If it’s obvious the audit fits, I’ll say so and send you the payment link and an access checklist. If it’s not obvious, I’ll suggest the free 20-minute intro to figure it out.

2. You pay against a fixed price.

£195 for an hour, £495 for the SEO audit, £595 for a half day. Stripe checkout or bank transfer, your call. No deposits, no phased billing, no annual contracts.

3. You send access.

GA4, Search Console, and (if relevant) Google Ads. If you use Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog I’ll pull data from my own accounts, you don’t need those. If any of those tools aren’t set up, that’s usually fine and I’ll flag it in the deliverable.

4. I do the work.

3 to 8 hours across a week for the audit. An hour of prep for the one-hour session. Half a day for the half-day session, plus the write-up. I do the work myself: no offshore team, no white-labelled contractor, no ghost audit written by someone whose name isn’t on the site.

5. You get the written thing plus a call.

Every service ends with something written you can go back to, and a call to talk through it. Audits: a PDF plus a 30-minute walkthrough. Advisory sessions: notes plus the recording. Half-day: an action list plus one email follow-up in the week after.

6. You decide what to do next.

If you want to take the action list and do it yourself, brilliant. If you want the fixes delivered, I’ll point you at Marketing The Change (retainer SEO, PPC, content) or Liverpool Web Designers (fixed-price builds), whichever fits. If neither fits, I’ll suggest an independent name in your market. I don’t take a referral fee for it.
